2008 REGISTRATION FORM The registration form will not be available until after January 23, 2008 and is for late registration. Players that signed up late may be put on a waiting list and are put on the list in the order of the post mark on the envelope. Players are also not eligible to get raffle tickets with late registrations. Fill out and sign the form for each player that you are registering. Mail it in to the address on the form with the a check made out to LAFA for the appropriate fee from the list. Players that are league age 5-8 years old pay $65 Players that are league age 9-18 years old pay $80 Families pay a maximum of $180 or the amount of that the players fees add up to that is less than $180 League age is determined by the following: Baseball: whatever the players age by 4-30-2008 is their league age. Please click here for assistance. Softball: whatever the players age is by 12-31-2007 is their league age. Please click here for assistance. Girls that are playing for the first time need to first determine their age by the baseball cutoff and if they are 6 and under, they will play in either Rookies or T-Ball. If they are 7 and older then need to determine their age by the softball cutoff. Parents LAFA is a volunteer organization and requires that you volunteer about 2 hours of your time. There is a place on the form for you to either volunteer to either do field clean-up or concession stand. You need to check either one on the registration form before mailing it in. If you are not going to do either you need to add $10 to the total registration fee that you are sending in. |
