Junior Lancer Update
by posted 12/02/2019

Hi team.  I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.  A few updates for our Junior Lancer training and pitching clinic:

1) Our practice schedule is now posted on our team page on  We are practicing at the Sports Mill in Manchester, located at 159 Frontage Rd.  Our schedule is Tuesdays from 5:30-7:00 and Fridays from 6:30-8:00.  You can subscribe to the calendar from your phone and the practices will auto-populate to your phone calendar.

2) I am looking to start to finalize a schedule for a pitching camp, just for our team.  The camp will be 4, 1-hour sessions at Play Ball with Chris Carmain.  Exact schedule still TBD, but it will be on a non-practice night for our team.  Please let me know ASAP if you are interested.  So far, I have interest from:

Washington, Stott, Licciardi, Ruggiero, possibly Guthrie.

Exact numbers will dictate the cost, but it will likely be a small out-of-pocket cost and some covered by our tuition.

3) Please encourage your boys to start working on the strengthening program that was sent out if they haven't already.  This is the age where working on baseball-specific off-season training can pay dividends during our long spring and summer seasons. It can help develop strength and power, as well as help with injury prevention.

4) Online orders should be in soon for anyone who ordered extra apparel for the holidays.  Stay tuned.
