11U Rules:

• Full continuous batting order will be used

• Free defensive substitutions

• Pitching Rules in this tournament will be the same as district and state tournament play (6 Innings over Two Games).

• 50 ft pitching distance with 70 ft base paths

• Leading and Advance to 1st on drop 3rd strike utilized.

* No new inning after 1:45 until playoffs

* Mercy rule: 15 runs after 3 innings and 10 runs after 4 innings

* Tie breaker: record, head to head, Points Against, Points For, Coin Flip
