The objective of LAFA is to improve and refine player's skills, encourage sportsmanship, and develop an enjoyment for baseball and softball. LAFA is a volunteer run organization dependent on parent participation for successful operation.

Change Team:

Welcome to the Team Ball Players and Families!

My name is Coach Wright, and i'll be coaching alongside Coach Slater.

Please come to the game days and practice days about 5 minutes early if possible and bring a snack and water bottle. Also, players will need a baseball glove and if possible, a bat and helmet that fits them. Cleats may be used (small spikes and good grippy shoes are fine- but even regular comfy shoes are perfectly fine). And if you have baseball pants, throw them on (kids like to slide)! Please feel free to call or text anytime with questions or comments. And let me know if you prefer text or emails for updates. If I can't be reached, you can reach out to Coach Slater or the league organizer through the LAFA website.

We want to progress in our understanding of the rules of the game and improve our skills, but most of all we'll be having fun.

Be Ready for BASEBALL FUN!

Thank You and Welcome to the RAYS BASEBALL TEAM!
