REFUND POLICY
If your child is not interested in playing after you have signed up, you need to do the following to get a refund. Please write a letter stating their intention not to play with name, league age, birth date and phone number. Send the letter with the raffle tickets or the money, if the raffle tickets are sold to P.O. Box 78, Londonderry, NH 03053. If the raffle tickets or the money (if they are sold) are not included in the envelope then that amount will be deducted from the refund. The above needs to be done by the opening day of that season or a refund will not be granted. Londonderry Board of Directors |
